HOWTUBE GLOBAL REFUND POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us. We hope that you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, we are here to help.

Physical Products:

We offer a 14-day refund policy for physical products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a refund. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide a proof of purchase.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Digital Products:

We do not offer refunds for digital products. All sales of digital products are final. Please be sure to carefully read all product descriptions and reviews before making your purchase.
