Lexus / Toyota Tensioner Pulley Bearing Replacement

This is a how to for replacing just the pulley bearings on the tensioner pulley on many Toyota and Lexus vehicles. The replacement bearings are part number 6203-2rs (the 2-rs is for "rubber sealed" on both sides so many different 6203 bearings will work)
