Easy Tender & Delicious Ground Beef Meatballs

Soft rich delicious meatballs that can be frozen and used in multiple recipes. Thaw them out first before cooking when frozen.
INGREDIENTS:
1lbs Ground Beef [80/20] (or .5lb beef and .5lb sausage)
1 Diced Green Bell Pepper
1/2 Medium Diced Onion
1/2 Cup Fresh Parsley (or Cilantro) and 2 tbsp. for garnish
1/4 Cup Breadcrumbs
1/4 Cup of Milk
1/4 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 Cup All Purpose Flour
2 Cloves of Garlic Diced or Pressed
1 tsp of Pepper Flakes (Optional)
24oz Marinara Sauce Salt and Pepper to Taste
Olive Oil Vegetable Oil for frying
DIRECTIONS:
1. Heat up pan to low medium heat and add 1 tbsp. of Olive Oil
2. Add Onions and Bell Peppers; season with Salt and Pepper to Taste and cook for about 5 minutes or until the onions are translucent.
3. After 5 minutes add pepper flakes and top with a 1tsp of Olive Oil, add garlic, mix and cook for 1 minute; then remove from heat.
4. Soak breadcrumbs in milk
5. Combine: cooked vegetables, parsley, beef, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, add salt pepper to taste: about 1/4 tsp of salt and 1/4tsp of pepper. Lightly mix ingredients.
6. Create about 2oz size balls, coat them in the flour, shake off any excess flour.
7. Add vegetable oil to the frying pan up to about 1/8 of an inch and heat to medium heat.
8. Place meatballs clockwise in the frying pan and fry them on both sides for about 3 minutes each or until a crust builds. Be sure to turn them clockwise for even cooking.
9. Remove meatballs and drain pan. Discard excess oil and place pan back on heat. Lower heat to medium low and add tomato sauce to pan
10. Deglaze pan with a wooden spoon and return meatballs with fluids.
11. Cover and cook on low heat for 15 minutes.
12. Serve with sauce and top with Parsley and Parmesan Cheese.
