Interviewing Randall Carlson "The Grand Vision" April 15-17 Easte

Electrifyin'!!! It is wonderful to hear Mr. Carlson talk about education. We grew up in the same time, and saw the regimentation as its beginnings were being imposed in the 1950s. My older brother and I were Navy brats, so even tho we didn't think of it this way, we got to experience schooling in three very different cultures within the U.S. Having to make that sort of adjustment seems to have helped us learn to find our own path thru the thickets. And each of us spent a year away from school because of injuries, so even with whatever disruptions those occasioned, they also gave us the experience of seeing that Education Does NOT have to mean ONE SINGLE way of doing things. •••• <> •••• The damages done to our children's spirits and intellectual development by our perverse Rulers appear to fall into the category of "Feature, NOT a Bug." reply
