"Christ" Origin From Egypt

Can you connect elements of the Jesus story in the NT to Horus and Osiris in Egypt? Maybe. I read from Gearld Massey's "Egyptian Book of the Dead and the Mysteries of Amenta" (1900). You can connect Christ from Egypt directly to the story of the Parthian/Egyptians of ancient Edessa, who originally had the Holy Image. And it is obvious after reading this why the Shroud was seen as something divine.
